Job Responsibilities;- \xc2\xb7 Managing and overlooking complete independently project accounting and helping to operational account. \xc2\xb7 Handling Statutory Audit, Statutory Compliance TDS, Customs, Income Tax, GST Compliance. \xc2\xb7 Liaison with Banking Authorities, Auditors, tax other consultants. \xc2\xb7 Prepare of Month wise cash flow & budget. \xc2\xb7 Bills checking with tenders / work orders / Purchase orders. \xc2\xb7 Proceed payments including foreign remittances. \xc2\xb7 Disbursement from Term Loan \xc2\xb7 Reconciliation of Various accounts, Ledger scrutiny. \xc2\xb7 Investigate project variances and submit variance reports to management. \xc2\xb7 Verification of assets and making Fixed Assets Register (FAR) \xc2\xb7 Close out project accounts upon project completion. \xc2\xb7 Prepared and filed monthly GST returns, TDS returns, and Salary processing works.
- Checking and processing various payments to vendors and sub-contractors considering tax aspects and purchase/work order conditions.
- On Closing of Books of accounts, Coordination with Statutory Auditors, and Internal Auditors. Ensuring proper compliances are done for \xe2\x80\x93GST, TDS
- Preparations of MIS Reports as well as Cash Flow Statement & Stock Statement on Monthly Basis.
- Quarterly/Yearly inter unit reconciliation as well as Customer & Vendor Reconciliation. Management of Bank guarantees, Management of LC. Issuance of LCs, BGs and Buyer\'s Credit & processing of subsequent amendments & bill payments.
- Analysis & Data Preparation & presentation of various information as per management requirement.
- Monthly Closure of Books in SAP.
- Monthly Report \xe2\x80\x93 P&L, Capex , Cash Flow Projection , Debtors/Creditors outstanding
