Positions Open:

Junior Accounts Executive

Senior Accounts Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain daily accounting records and company financial data in Tally Manage company books, ledgers, and voucher entries Prepare and reconcile invoices, bills, and bank statements Handle company communication via mail and follow-ups with clients/customers Ensure timely filing of taxes, GST, and statutory compliance Support internal audits and monthly/yearly financial closures Maintain employee expense and salary records Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for smooth financial operations

Skills Required:

Proficient in

Tally ERP

and basic accounting principles Strong communication and follow-up skills (email & verbal) Good organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and in a team environment Knowledge of GST, TDS, and basic compliance work Comfortable with MS Office (Excel, Word)

Qualifications:

B.Com / M.Com or equivalent in Accounting/Finance Junior: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience Senior: Minimum 3+ years of strong accounting experience
