Job Description

Billing and Purchase



Prepare sales bills and purchase bills on a routine basis.

Pending Invoices



Follow up on pending invoices related to transportation and surveys daily.

Checking Job-wise Expenses and Income Entries



Routinely review and verify job-wise expenses and income entries.

Upload Clearing Invoices:

Upload invoices in customer online portals as per the invoice schedule. Also, ensure soft copies of invoices are emailed to all parties involved daily. Make covering letters for all uploaded clearing invoices.

Invoice Distribution:

Email soft copies of invoices to all relevant parties on a daily basis.

Sales Bill Quotation:

Prepare sales bill quotations on a monthly basis.

Settlement of Payments:



Handle the settlement of payments through the bank, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

Other Assigned Tasks:



Complete any other tasks assigned by senior management as required.

Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and assist with various financial or administrative duties as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
