Job Location- Mumbai

Essential Responsibilities:

Responsible for controlling end to end finance processes in ERP - procurement, invoicing, day-to-day system Data Entry and books closure.

Management of Accounts Receivables - follow up and co-ordination for collection.

Preparing Statutory Payments working for TDS, GST, Profession Tax, etc.

Ensuring monthly necessary reconciliations such as GST Reconciliation, TDS reconciliation, etc.

Assistance in Financial Reporting - MIS, Budgets, Projects.

Preparation of financial statements and schedules

Skills:

Work experience in the field of Finance, Accounting, GST, TDS

Sharp knowledge of basic book-keeping procedures and finance processes.

Working knowledge of statutory filings and regulations

Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors.

Hands-on experience with MS Excel, Tally ERP, knowledge of SAP (preferred).

Organization skills

Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information.

Mandatory Qualifications and requisites:

Bachelors/Masters in Commerce or higher qualification

Good Inter-personal skills; communication skills

Preference if handled finance for service organisation and ERP knowledge of Oracle, SAP etc.

Others:

2-5 years of corporate experience
