Job Title: - Accounts Executive

Working Days: - 6 days working (2nd & 4th Saturday Off)

Qualification: - B.com / M.com

Salary: - Upto 3.50 Lacs CTC

Roles and Responsibilities: -

I. Tax Related Work :-

• Preparation of TDS, Service Tax, GST and misc. statutory Statements
• TDS Returns Filing.
• Providing documents and files as required to auditors during Tax Audit and various tax returns
• Preparing data for ITR Filing.

II. Finance Related Work :-

• Preparation of Documents (Financials of the Company)
• Communicating with Financial institutes by mail and letters.

III. Tally Data Entry Work :-

• Complete Data Entry work (Purchase, Sales, Journal Entry) in Tally.
• TDS, GST, Service Tax and other Statutory Entry booking

IV. Banking Work :-

• Manual Slip Filling of Collection Cheques and depositing the same in bank.
• Preparing RTGS, Demand Draft, Pay order.
• Withdrawal and deposit of Cash.
• Preparing Cheques and getting signatures on it and issuing the same to the respective departments.
• Daily Bank Reconciliation
• Collecting Bank Statements
• Co-coordinating and correspondence with Bank verbally and written
• Applying for new Bank Accounts
• Submitting monthly or yearly documents required by the bank for maintenance of our OD accounts.
• Updating seniors and management of Bank Balance and other daily reports.

V. Finalization of accounts :-

• To finalize the accounts of companies independently (yearly, 6 monthly and quarterly)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?22,000.00 - ?28,000.00 per month
