Job Summary :
The Accounts cum CRM Executive will be responsible for managing both financial transactions and customer relationships. This dual-role position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can handle accounting duties while also providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be proactive, capable of multitasking, and have strong communication skills to ensure smooth operations in both domains.
Key Responsibilities:
Accounts Management:
Bookkeeping:
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions.
• Update and manage the general ledger.
Accounts Payable and Receivable:
• Process invoices, payments, and receipts.
• Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow.
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables.
3. Financial Reporting:
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Assist in budget preparation and financial planning.
• Conduct variance analysis and report findings.
4. Compliance:
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Assist with internal and external audits.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain customer satisfaction by providing timely and effective support.
• Update and manage the CRM database.
• Track customer interactions and transactions.
• Generate reports on customer activities and feedback.
Relationship Building :
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers.
• Identify opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Sales Support :
• Assist the sales team with customer information and insights.
• Prepare and send quotations, proposals, and contracts.
• Follow up on leads and support sales initiatives.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience:
• Minimum of 1 -2 years of experience in accounting and/or CRM.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, BUSY) and CRM op. systems
Skills:
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
