Job Description

An accounts assistant, also known as an accounting assistant, provides administrative support to an accounting department or accountants. Their responsibilities include:

• Clerical tasksFiling, handling mail, making bank deposits, and keeping bank records
• BookkeepingMaintaining and updating accounting spreadsheets, and having knowledge of journals, cash flow statements, trial balance, and balance sheets
• Financial recordsPreparing statutory accounts, updating and maintaining procedural documentation, and identifying and resolving errors in financial records
• PaymentsEnsuring payments, amounts, and records are correct, and keeping track of payments due from clients
• InvoicesProcessing and filing invoices, and processing expense requests for the accountant to approve
• CommunicationMonitoring daily communications and answering queries, and liaising with third party providers, clients, and suppliers
• OrganizationCategorizing information, organizing files and emails, and scheduling time effectively to meet deadlines

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Fixed shift
• Weekend availability

Education:

• Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:

• Taxation: 3 years (Preferred)
• total work: 3 years (Preferred)

Language:

• English (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Tally (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
