URGENT HIRING || ACCOUNTS EXECUTIVE || MUMBAI

Profile : Accounts Executive

Experience: 3 Years

Ctc- as per market

Working Days- 6 days (2 and 4 Saturday will be off)

Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Commerce

Role & Responsibilities:

• TDS Return
• GST Return
• All Statutory payment i.e. TDS, PF, GST, PT
• Verification of the Invoices and booking.
• Vendor payment after approval from respective HOD & Bill booking in tally.
• Manage accounts payable and receivable.
• Bank Reconciliation
• Weekly Cash Flow
• Knocking off payment vs invoice.
• Provide documents as required by the various auditors.
• Invoice and Payment Management (tracking and cross verification of hard bill with soft copy of invoices in tracker)
• Prepare and coordinate internal & external audit processes.
