Key Responsibilities:
• Reconcile daily bank transactions and prepare accurate financial statements.
• Ensure prompt and accurate processing of payments.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with vendors and clients.
• Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
• Prepare and file GST and TDS returns in a timely manner.
• Prepare income tax returns (ITR) efficiently.
• Generate comprehensive monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
• Analyze financial data and deliver actionable insights to management.
• Assist in the budgeting process to support financial planning.
• Track and manage physical inventory transactions effectively.
• Process payroll, including calculating wages, taxes, and deductions.
• Maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
• Utilize ZOHO Books proficiently for financial management tasks.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Proficiency in Zoho Books .
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
