Job description \xc3\x98 Record the entries in the Books of Accounts in Tally ERP9 & Prime version. \xc3\x98 Preparation of statements Accounts Receivables & Accounts Payable, Monthly closing of books, Fixed Asset & Inventory Management. \xc3\x98 Reconciliation of Bank Statement, Debtors & Creditor statements. \xc3\x98 Maintaining Monthly Cash flow statement. \xc3\x98 Preparation of Vendor Payments and Invoicing, Liasioning with Bank for Account & Finance related issues. \xc3\x98 Tax Computation of Employees, their TDS computation and Payroll management. \xc3\x98 Depositing monthly TDS, Preparing & Filing Quarterly TDS Return. \xc3\x98 Preparation of GSTR Returns and Tax Audit. \xc3\x98 Preparation and Finalization of Financial Statements such as Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss A/c and responsible Internal. \xc3\x98 Preparing the Balance Sheet and Profit/ Loss Account, Ledger Scrutiny, Stock Taking and Fixed Assets Verification. \xc3\x98 Independently handling monthly MIS reporting. \xc3\x98 Responsible for overall accounting, Utilization of fund (Utilization Certificate). \xc3\x98 Preparation of Depreciation Schedule as per Income Tax Act, 1961. \xc3\x98 Tax Computation of Employees, their TDS computation and Payroll management. \xc3\x98 Preparing & Filling Quarterly TDS Return. \xc3\x98 Preparation and Finalization of Financial Statements such as Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss A/c and responsible Internal.
