Key Responsibilities:
• TDS Management: Calculate, deduct, and deposit TDS as per statutory requirements. Ensure timely filing of TDS returns and maintenance of accurate records.
• GST Compliance: Manage GST filings, including preparation and submission of GST returns. Ensure compliance with GST regulations and handle GST-related queries and reconciliations.
• Balance Sheet Preparation: Assist in the preparation and review of balance sheets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Reconcile balance sheet accounts and resolve discrepancies.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze financial statements and reports. Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data.
• Accounts Payable and Receivable: Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes. Ensure timely processing of invoices, payments, and receipts.
• General Ledger Maintenance: Maintain the general ledger by recording, verifying, and reconciling transactions. Ensure accurate and complete financial data.
• Regulatory Compliance: Stay up-to-date with changes in accounting regulations and standards. Ensure all accounting practices adhere to legal and regulatory requirements.
• Audit Support: Assist with internal and external audits. Provide necessary documentation and information as required by auditors.
• Record Keeping: Maintain organized and accurate records of financial transactions and documents. Ensure proper documentation for all accounting activities.
