• Accounting Tasks: Handle invoicing, sales billing, and ensure the accuracy of financial statements and reports.
• GST & Compliance: Manage GST, E-invoice, and E-way bill compliance to adhere to regulatory requirements.
• Financial Record Management: Maintain and update financial records using Tally Prime, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
• Data Analysis: Interpret and analyze financial data for accuracy and consistency, and manage large volumes of data with precision.
• Customer & Branch Communication: Communicate effectively with customers and branch offices to resolve queries and ensure smooth operations.
• Administrative Duties: Perform various administrative and accounting duties as assigned.

• Education: Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounting, with at least 5 years preferred.
• Skills: Proficiency in Tally Prime and MS Office Suite (Excel, Word), excellent typing speed, data interpretation skills, and strong mailing communication skills.
• Other: Responsible, disciplined, and capable of working independently with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Fluency in English, Hindi, and Gujarati; additional language skills are a plus.

• 1 year of bond and 3 months of probation period
