Job Purpose
The Purpose of this role is to maintain and manage financial records and accounts. You will be responsible for recording and reconciling transactions, preparing financial statements and reports, processing payroll and taxes, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
Primary Responsibility
• To manage, maintain and improve the accounts/book keeping of the organisation.
• To establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles.
• To prepare and implement required formats and processes for smooth functioning of the accounts department.
• To monitor and analyze accounting data and produce required financial reports and statements.
• To prepare, implement and manage processes to cross verify all department data related to financial transactions and prepare reports for the same.
• To manage and maintain statutory compliances and taxation including PF, ESI, GST, Income Tax, etc.
• Key functions include daily accounting, inventory, cash ledger, payroll, budgeting, cash flow, taxation, ledgers, receivables and payables etc.
• Assist with audits and provide supporting documents and information.
• Enter data, maintain records and create reports using accounting software.
Education
Minimum Education - Graduate (Commerce)
Technical Education - M.Com./CA (Inter)/Diploma
Experience
Minimum Experience - 1 Year (Freshers can also apply)
Minimum Experience (Technical) - Preferred experience in furniture or allied products manufacturing unit.
Skills/Technical Skills
• Excellent in written and spoken English
• Good communication skills
• Good interpersonal skills
• High attention to details and accuracy
• Good knowledge of office applications
• Excellent knowledge of Tally Accounting Software
• Excellent knowledge of spreadsheet software like MS-Excel etc.
• Knowledge of G Suite applications / Cloud working is an added advantage
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Statistical skills

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
