We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant to join our finance team. The Senior Accountant will prepare and review financial statements, manage accounting operations, and provide financial analysis and guidance to support business decisions.Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Manage and supervise accounting staff, including training and development
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, laws, and regulations
- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions
- Develop and implement financial processes and controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including audit and tax teams
- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts
- Develop and manage budgets and forecasts
- Provide financial guidance and support to management and other departmentsRequirements:
- 5+ years of accounting experience, with a proven track record of success
- Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting or a related field
- Professional certification (CPA, CMA, or equivalent)
- Strong understanding of GAAP, accounting principles, and financial regulations
- Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Proficiency in accounting software and systems (e.g. QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, Tally prime)Preferred Qualifications:
- Master\'s degree in Accounting or a related field
- Experience with financial planning and analysis
- Knowledge of financial reporting and compliance
