RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic Financial Management:

? Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports.

? Analyze financial performance, identify areas for cost optimization, and make strategic recommendations.

? Collaborate with senior management to develop long-term financial goals and strategies.

Taxation & Compliance:

? Ensure full compliance with tax laws, including GST and TDS management.

? Oversee timely filing of all statutory taxes, including income tax, GST, and other statutory obligations .

Financial Reporting & Analysis:

? Ensure timely and accurate closure of monthly and annual financial statements.

? Ensure full compliance with all relevant accounting standards and corporate policies.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS :

? Education: B.COM / M.COM in Finance or Accounting.

? Experience: 3+ years of experience in accounts and finance.

? Extensive knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.

? Strong command over financial tools and software (e.g., Tally, ERP systems, and MS Excel).

? Prior experience in the fashion or retail industry is advantageous.
