Role and responsibilities: Manage all finance and accounting transactions. Handling petty cash Payments and Fee collection Cash receipts/vouchers/invoices Publish financial statements in time. Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings. Reconcile accounts payable and receivable. Ensure timely bank payments. Compute taxes and prepare tax returns. Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements. GST and TDS Filing. Knowledge about overall GST Report on the company\xe2\x80\x99s financial health and liquidity. Passing the Journal entries on sales and purchase. Audit financial transactions and documents. Reinforce financial data confidentiality and conduct database backups when necessary. Comply with financial policies and regulations. Payroll checking and prepare payment of Government statutory regulation whatever applicable Reviewing monthly statutory Tax submission to meet with the Government regulation including liaising with the Tax Consultant for timely submission of Annual Tax Return Managing the insurance portfolio with regard to assets of the company including for Loss of Profit and & Third-party liabilities Skills and qualification: 2-4 years of overall combined accounting and finance experience Advanced degree in accounting Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures Experience with creating financial statements Excellent accounting software user and administration skills.
