The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both accounting and administrative duties. Responsibilities: 1. Manage all accounting transactions and ensure timely processing of expense reports. 2. Prepare budget forecasts and financial statements. 3. Administer invoices and conduct reconciliation of accounts payable and receivable. 4. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and guidelines. 5. Handle administrative tasks such as maintaining company records, managing office supplies, and providing support to the management team. 6. Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies. Qualifications: 1. Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. 2. Proven experience as an Accountant and Administrative Officer. 3. Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles. 4. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with relevant accounting software. 5. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. 6. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
