• Account Management & Client Relationships:
Serve as the primary point of contact for corporate clients and internal stakeholders regarding billing, accounts receivable, and other account-related inquiries. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with hospital departments, external vendors, and insurance partners.
• Financial Oversight:
Assist in managing the financial operations for the corporate office, including tracking payments, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring compliance with hospital policies and financial regulations. Support efforts to optimize billing and revenue collection processes.
• Contract Management:
Support the preparation, negotiation, and management of service agreements, vendor contracts, and insurance contracts. Collaborate with legal, finance, and operational teams to ensure that all agreements are executed accurately and in a timely manner.
• Billing and Reconciliation:
Oversee the billing process for corporate accounts, ensuring invoices are accurate and sent on time. Perform reconciliation of accounts to ensure accurate reporting and compliance with financial standards. Address discrepancies or disputes as they arise.
• Reporting and Analytics:
Generate regular reports on financial status, billing activities, outstanding balances, and other relevant metrics. Provide insights and recommendations for process improvement based on data analysis.
Qualifications:
• Education:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
