HYT is widely acclaimed for its design excellence, innovation and customer centric attitude. : As an Accounts cum Admin Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of administrative and financial functions within the organization. This multifaceted role involves managing both accounting activities and administrative tasks to support efficient business operations. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling administrative duties, and providing support to various departments as needed. Job Responsibilities: \xef\x82\xb7 Review and supporting documentation of financial transactions to ensure all required documents are accurate and complete. \xef\x82\xb7 Help to ensure maintenance of all data required for processing financial transactions for assigned accounts. \xef\x82\xb7 Perform assigned treasury (cash payment/receipt, Cash forecast, bank/cash management etc) duties as long as segregation of duties is ensured \xef\x82\xb7 Assist Crater\xe2\x80\x99s management in month-end closing and year-end closing processes such as business rules review, CA process and Tax clearance \xef\x82\xb7 General journal (non-cash) transactions for cost allocation, adjustment/reclassification, prepaid expenses amortization \xef\x82\xb7 Prepare national staff payroll and ensure timely deposition of salary, benefit and employee tax. \xef\x82\xb7 Manage office supplies and stock, keep all records and property inventory current and support implementation of property management processes, such as property labelling, physical counts, etc. \xef\x82\xb7 Receive invoices and prepare transactional documents in support of general operations processes and support coordination of transaction processing. \xef\x82\xb7 Perform any other duties as may be requested by the Project Manager .
