Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and organized Admin cum Accounts Executive to join our educational institution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing front office operations, handling student interactions, collecting fees, Managing classes, maintaining attendance records, and ensuring accurate receipt entry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Student Interaction on Fees payment
• Serve as the primary point of contact for students and parents. related to accounts
• Address student inquiries and provide information about courses, schedules, and policies.
• Assist with student admissions and enrollment processes.
• Front Office Management:
• Oversee daily front office operations to ensure smooth functioning.
• Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls.
• Maintain a welcoming and organized reception area
• Issue receipts for payments received and maintain accurate records.
• Address any discrepancies or issues related to accounts
• Cordinating with chartered accounts on Audit data.
• Manage the Receipts and PaymentsEnsure the GST payments and TDs paymentsSalary processing of StaffsTo handle the paymentsTo follow up on the upcoming invoices from the vendors
• Assist in scheduling and organizing classes and events.
• Coordinate with faculty and staff to ensure smooth class operations.
• Attendance Management:
• Monitor and record attendance.
• Generate attendance reports and address any attendance-related issues.
• Receipt Entry:
• Ensure accurate entry of all receipts into the accounting system.
• Maintain detailed records of all financial transactions.
• Assist with financial reporting and audits as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word/ Powerpoint Presentation/Excel)
• Attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
