Job description:
1. Looking for minimum 7-10 yrs experience in export company with thorough knowledge of exports accounting in TALLY, Bank reconciliation, GST Returns (GSTR1 & 3 B), TDS Returns & PT. Cash Flow Management, Treasury Function, KYC & compliance Handling, Forex operations.
2. Forward Booking, settlements, Lien etc
3. Should have handled Bank Export Finance, PC release, Foreign Bill Discounting and dealing with bank/banks for various transactions, bank charges, Lodgement of Documents, Disposal Instructions, Monthly Stock Statement, Submission of QIS 1 - 3 every quarter etc.
4. Master/Export L/C Collection, Master/Export L/C lien to Bank, L/C Transfer to another party, BTB L/C open and its Amendment, Bank Document Purchase for fund, Export Documents submission for payment realization on collection basis, Bank Bill/Reference Number to be taken, DHL/FedEx courier Number/Receipt collection, follow up about Proceed Realization, Local Agent Commission Payment, Overseas Commission payment, Foreign Outward Remittance's,15 CA /15 CB.
5. Daily Bank reconciliation & Monthly GST and TDS reconciliation. Timely deposit of taxes (Profession Tax, GST, Tax & Wealth Tax, TDS), filing returns for completion of assessment and ensuring statutory compliance. TAX Assessment (Income Tax Scrutiny Case Appeal Filling, GST Appeal)
6. Fixed Asset Register, Fund Management with Various Banks.
7. Debtors & Creditors Management, Ledger Scrutiny, monitoring Debit & Credit Note, JV, Purchase, Sales, RTGS/NEFT, Online payment of TDS/GST, Income Tax & Expenses.
8. Should have knowledge of CUSTOMS AND ICEGATE for availing of Duty Drawback, RoDTEP & GST Refund, and knowledge of process to follow in case if the same is not received on time.
9. Should have thorough knowledge of Banking, DGFT & Ice gate. Miscellaneous certificate collection, BRC from DGFT, FIRC, Bank statement & Voucher, renewal & extension of Bank Liability & Sanction and thereof, timely renewal of IEC, UIN, MSME and other certificates related to textiles and Agro.
10. Overseeing taxation of Directors Personal Income Tax matters and filing annual returns online.
11. ROC and related works including filing of returns online in coordination with CS.
12. Correspondence with Foreign and Local Buyer & Buying House for P & L and ledger Reconciliation, Export Documents Readiness, follow up about finished goods for export progress, e-mailing regarding several issue, corporate meeting, managing relevant party regarding arising issue as situation, etc.
13. Accounting, taxation (GST, Income Tax,), financial control, management reporting, regulatory compliances, etc.
14. Preparation of Monthly Management Accounts (P and L, Balance Sheet, Foreign Currency booking and Utilization Chart, Cash Flow & Fund Flow statements) in detail.
15. Financial Annual statements including Trial Balance, Profit & Loss A/c, Age-Wise Accounts Payables & Receivables Statements, approve computation of income, depreciation statements (Co. Law & IT), Deferred Tax, Annual Returns (Income Tax up to finalization).
16. Drafting MIS Reports, Get Audit Reports, etc. to track financial performance.
17. Formulating annual budgets and conducting variance analysis to determine difference between projected & actual results and implementing corrective actions.
18. Lead and oversee Internal and Statutory Audit and evaluating internal control systems with a view to highlight shortcomings & implementing recommendations made by Internal Auditors.
