We are seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Business Studies and Accounts Teacher to join our school's faculty. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in commerce, a passion for teaching, and the ability to engage senior secondary students in learning core business and financial concepts. This role involves designing effective lesson plans, preparing students for board examinations, and fostering analytical and problem-solving skills in the field of commerce.

Key Responsibilities:

Teach Business Studies and Accounts to senior secondary students (Grades 11 & 12) Develop and implement engaging lesson plans aligned with the curriculum and board examination requirements Use innovative teaching methodologies to enhance students' conceptual understanding and analytical skills Provide individualized support to students to improve their academic performance Prepare students for board exams by conducting regular assessments and mock tests Maintain accurate records of student progress, assignments, and assessments Stay updated with the latest developments in commerce, accounting practices, and business trends Guide students on career opportunities in commerce, finance, and business management Collaborate with colleagues to organize academic events, commerce-related competitions, and workshops Communicate regularly with parents and guardians regarding students' progress and development

Qualifications and Skills:

Graduate or postgraduate degree in Commerce (B.Com/M.Com) Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) in Business Studies and Accounts Minimum of 2 years of experience as a senior secondary accounts teacher Strong understanding of business concepts, financial accounting, and economics Excellent communication and classroom management skills Ability to integrate technology into teaching for enhanced learning outcomes Passion for mentoring and guiding students toward academic excellence

Pay: ?45,000.00 - ?55,000.00 per month
