Job Description

Job Summary:



We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Finance Executive to manage the financial operations of our organization. The role involves handling taxation, cash flow management, financial reporting, and statutory compliance. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of GST, TDS, EPF, ESI, financial software like QuickBooks, and experience in managing bank transactions, remittances, and customer invoicing.

Key ResponsibilitiesTaxation & Compliance:



Ensure timely GST filing and compliance with tax regulations. Manage TDS filing and ensure proper deductions as per statutory guidelines. Handle EPF & ESI filing, ensuring timely submissions and compliance with labor laws.

Banking & Payments:



Prepare TT remittance inward and outward documents. Handle NEFT/RTGS payments and ensure accurate fund transfers. Follow up on payment receivables and prepare a weekly payment receivable report.

Financial Management & Reporting:



Maintain and reconcile petty cash records. Prepare profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and financial reports. Assist in budgeting, expense tracking, and cash flow management. Manage payment follow-ups to ensure timely receipts from customers. Prepare and maintain Statement of Accounts (SOA) for all customers. Prepare and submit sales, purchase, and expenses reports for management review.

Customer & Invoice Management:



Handle transactions and document uploads on the customer invoice portal. Maintain proper records of all customer invoices, payments, and outstanding dues.

Auditing & Software Management:



Conduct internal audits to ensure financial accuracy. Coordinate with external auditors for statutory audits and compliance checks. Maintain financial records using QuickBooks or similar accounting software.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce (B.Com, M.Com, MBA in Finance), or a related field. 2+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or a similar role. Strong knowledge of Indian taxation laws (GST, TDS, EPF, ESI). Experience in handling bank payments, TT remittances, and customer invoicing. Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar financial software. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:



Experience in B2B finance management. Prior experience in statutory audits and compliance handling.
