Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Finance

Assist in maintaining financial records, ledgers, and journals. Process invoices, payments, and reconciliations. Support month-end and year-end closing activities. Prepare financial statements and reports as required. Assist in tax computations and statutory compliance (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).

Audit & Compliance

Assist in internal and external audits by gathering necessary data and documents. Verify financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards. Conduct vouching, ledger scrutiny, and financial analysis. Identify discrepancies and report findings to senior auditors. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

Requirements

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in

Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter)

. Additional certifications in

Tally, GST, or Audit procedures

will be an advantage.

Skills & Experience

0-3 years of experience in accounting and/or auditing. Basic knowledge of

accounting principles, GST, TDS, and audit procedures

. Proficiency in

Tally, MS Excel, and accounting software (SAP/QuickBooks preferred)

. Strong numerical and analytical skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
