SECTION III: PURPOSE OF THE ROLE
The role holder is responsible for preparation of MIS reports across Realty Business and handling operations whenever required.
SECTION IV: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE ROLE
\xc2\xa7Responsible for Budget Vs Actual Reports on monthly basis.
\xc2\xa7Responsible for Banking MIS.
\xc2\xa7Responsible for Accounts payable and Accounts receivable MIS.
\xc2\xa7Analyse the information for MIS Reporting.
\xc2\xa7Forwarding MIS report to Management on or before due date.
\xc2\xa7Preparation of POC working on Mid month basis for each month.
\xc2\xa7Providing required information to Internal and External stakeholders and resolution of queries .SECTION V: KEY RESULT AREAS

Accounts Closure MIS:
Preparation of Sales MIS for Accounts closure on monthly basis
Preparation of Sales and Registration data
Preparation of Inputs required for Working Board report on monthly basis.
Responsible for preparation of Project wise Financial Statements on monthly basis
Preparation of Project wise Inventory report on monthly basis.
Preparation of Project WIP and Capital WIP report on monthly basis
Preparation of Board data on monthly basis.

Ancillary MIS reports:-
Identify variances between Actual and Budgeted financial results at the end of each reporting period.
Preparation of BIO report on monthly basis.
Compilation of Employee costs to be reported to Corporate on monthly basis.
Responsible for Variance analysis on monthly basis.
Compilation of Notes to Accounts on Annual basis.
Preparation of Current and Non current details of Mobilisation Advance and other open Advances.
Preparation of Expense analysis - Professional fees, Advertisement expenses and Others.
Compilation of Project wise Net working Capital on monthly basis.

MIS Report: -
Analyzing and processing large scale information.
Handling MIS and various reporting related to the Management.
Preparation and presentation of project wise financial analysis
Interpret the data on sales trend and cost analysis. 15%
Estimated P&L: -
Review of Actual expenditure incurred till date.
Gather required information from all the stakeholders for estimated P&L.
Preparation and presentation of Mid POCs for Revenue recognition on Monthly basis. 15%
