Job Description

We are seeking a responsible candidate for the role of Accounts Associate in Siolim, North Goa.

Responsibilities:

- Manage daily accounting tasks using Tally ERP software.

- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.

- Prepare and analyze profit and loss statements (P&L).

- Ensure accurate and timely data entry and documentation.

- Conduct regular account reconciliations to ensure accuracy.

- Utilize knowledge of GST regulations to assist in return filing.

- Manage cash transactions, vouchers, and invoices securely.

- Assist in processing employee salaries and maintaining records.

Requirements:

- 6 months to 2 years of proven experience as an Accounts Associate in the hospitality industry.

- Proficiency in Tally ERP software is mandatory.

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.

- Communicate effectively in English for correspondence and reporting.

- Strong understanding of financial regulations and procedures.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.

- Freshers with Tally ERP experience may apply

Additional Information:

- This position requires commuting to Siolim, North Goa daily.

- A Bike license is a must

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?13,000.00 - ?17,000.00 per month
