In this role, you'll support the day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring financial records are maintained accurately. You'll play a vital role in the smooth financial functioning of our projects, contributing to the sustainability of our mission.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Commerce, Finance, or a related field
• 2-3 years of work experience and familiarity with accounting software Tally, Google Sheets and MS Excel
• Knowledge of TDS, GST and IT rules
• Strong communication skills to interact with the internal team and external stakeholders
• Positive attitude with the willingness to learn and grow within the organization

Key Responsibilities

• Bringing positivity and smiles to work
• Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including receipts, payments, and bank transactions
• Process invoices, receipts, and payments, ensuring that all entries are recorded correctly and in a timely manner
• Assist in reconciling petty cash, ensuring proper documentation and approval for all transactions
• Organize and maintain financial documents and files for easy access and audit purposes
• Ensure all financial transactions are supported by appropriate documentation (invoices, receipts, contracts, etc.).
• Assist in the preparation of monthly payroll by ensuring proper documentation of salary records, deductions, and allowances
• Assist in the processing of payments, advance payments reconciliation and uploading data in the online portal
• Uploading payments on the online banking system
• Bills & contract filing and tracking outgoing & incoming letters
