About Us MP Key Book is an outsourcing accounting firm providing bookkeeping services to businesses and CPA firms across United States. We are providing accounting and financial services to diversified clientele to manage their books and finances with our skill set on a day-to-day basis to relieve them from daily involvement and allow them to focus on increasing their revenue and look after other legal matters. The Role In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely delivery of client deliverables, Reconcile Daily Banks, Post Invoices, respond to client and vendor queries over the email and call. Responsibilities
- While providing excellent client service, manage multiple client engagements
- Be responsible for understanding client\'s organization and structure, knowing the product/services and keeping abreast of client news and changes
- Maintain and reconcile the client\'s accounting records, general ledger
- Communicate with Clients independently and prepare Daily/Weekly Reports, Record Purchase / Sales Invoices.
- Proven 1+ years of working experience Accounting Industry
- Advanced computer skills on MS Office, QuickBooks, Odoo etc.
- Must be able to work on multiple clients and should be able to communicate with clients independently.
- Demonstrate teamwork and leadership skills
- Shift (Male): 05:00 PM - 02:00 AM IST (US Shift)
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday
