We are seeking an experienced Billing and Bookkeeping Executive with 2-3 years of hands-on experience in managing billing processes and maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating invoices, processing payments, maintaining accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Billing:
Generate and issue invoices for products and services in a timely manner.
Ensure accuracy of billing information and resolve discrepancies.
Coordinate with sales and production teams to verify order details.
Bookkeeping:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records (accounts payable/receivable).
Process payments and receipts, including cash, bank, and online transactions.
Assist in monthly reconciliations of financial data.
Monitor and maintain petty cash and other company accounts.
Reports and Compliance:
Assist in the preparation of financial reports and statements.
Support the preparation for audits and ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Communication:
Liaise with clients for billing inquiries and payment follow-ups.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2-3 years of relevant experience in billing and bookkeeping.
Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, etc.) and MS Office (Excel, Word).
Strong understanding of basic accounting principles and financial processes.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
Salary:
?12,000 - ?15,000 per month (based on experience)
