Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Executive Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 3 years of relevant accounting experience. Proficiency in Tally required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in Manage and oversee daily accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare and maintain financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Support freight forwarding and ship chandling operations with accurate financial records and reporting.
• Assist in the management of manning operations, ensuring proper financial documentation and compliance.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

2 to 3 years of relevant accounting experience.

Proficiency in Tally accounting software.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
