Roles & Responsibilities:
This is a full-time on-site role for an Accounts Assistant at Walnut Medical located in Mohali district. The Accounts Assistant will be responsible for tasks such as Credit control, petty cash management, finance-related tasks, communication & general accounting duties.
Strong knowledge of Factory Compliance (PF, ESI, TDS, GST) & to process monthly salary on time & to Review and file payroll documents.
Work experience as an Accounting Assistant or Accounting Clerk
Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed
Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures, Accounts receivables & payables
Familiarity with finance regulations & Hands-on experience with MS Excel and accounting software (e.g. QuickBooks, BUSY)
Good math skills and the ability to spot numerical errors
Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies
Create and update expense reports, Process reimbursement forms
Prepare bank deposits, Enter financial transactions into internal databases
Check spreadsheets for accuracy
Maintain digital and physical financial records
Participate in quarterly and annual audits
