Key Responsibilities:
Software : IDS/Focus
Financial Management:
Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Oversee the daily operations of the accounting department, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries. Ensure timely and accurate processing of financial transactions.
Budgeting and Forecasting:
Assist in the preparation and management of budgets. Monitor budget performance and report variances to the Finance Manager. Support the forecasting process to provide accurate financial projections.
Revenue Management:
Oversee the recording and reconciliation of revenue from hotel and food services. Ensure accurate reporting of daily sales and revenue. Collaborate with the revenue management team to optimize pricing and revenue strategies.
Accounts Payable and Receivable: Manage the accounts payable process, ensuring timely payment of invoices and reconciliation of vendor statements. Oversee accounts receivable, ensuring timely collection of outstanding balances and resolution of discrepancies.
Bank Reconciliation: Perform and review bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records. Investigate and resolve any discrepancies identified during reconciliation.
Payroll Processing:
Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accurate and timely payment of salaries and wages. Ensure compliance with relevant payroll regulations and company policies.
Compliance and Audit:
Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies. Assist in the preparation and coordination of internal and external audits. Maintain proper documentation and records to support audit requirements.
Team Management:
Supervise and mentor accounting staff, providing guidance and support as needed. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members. Assist in the recruitment and training of new staff.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare financial reports and analyses to support management decision-making. Provide insights and recommendations based on financial data and trends.
Special Projects:
Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Finance Manager or Director of Finance. Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
