• Generate accurate and timely quotations for customers based on their specific home decor needs.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure quotations align with pricing strategies and promotions.
• Maintain a systematic record of all quotations issued.
• Prepare invoices and bills for customer purchases in a timely manner.
• Verify the accuracy of pricing, discounts, and applicable taxes on each invoice.
• Coordinate with the sales and inventory teams to ensure all products and services are accurately reflected in invoices.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.
• Ensure proper documentation of all quotations, invoices, and related financial documents.
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports as needed.
• Communicate with customers to clarify any billing-related queries.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns in a professional and timely manner.
