Position Overview: HRBL is seeking an organized and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant with 2-3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will support the finance team in managing financial records, processing transactions, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in maintaining accurate financial records, including accounts payable and receivable.
• Process invoices, payments, and receipts in a timely manner.
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and assist with budget preparation.
• Support the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings.
• Assist with audits and ensure compliance with internal controls.
• Maintain organized financial documentation and filing systems.
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights and support.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
