A reputed publishing house is seeking an experienced Account Assistant to handle various core aspects of Accounting Functions. The applicant should be self-driven and must have at least 3 years of relevant experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensuring bank reconciliation.
• Passing bank receipt, expense voucher entries in tally.
• Responsible for cash & cheque deposit.
• Ensuring reconciliation of accounts with the sundry creditors.
• Coordinating with vendors for monthly reconciliation.
• GST return preparation and reconciliation.
• Reconciliation of ITC from GSTR-3B VS GSTR-2.
• Maintaining receipts /payments /journal files
Qualifications & Skills:
• Must be a graduate having a sound knowledge of Tally ERP 9.
• Good in MS Excel.
• Should be able to demonstrate initiative and team spirit.
• Should give high attention to detail and ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
