Assistant Accountant

This role will consist of documentation filing tasks for various processes in the company like entering of purchase vouchers, maintaining Import-export records, preparing proforma Invoices and filing documentation for import shipments.

Job profile

1. Preparing and filing pre and post shipment documents related to bank/customs/shipping lines for incoming import shipments.

2. Coordinating with suppliers, banks, CHA, freight forwarder and shipping lines.

3. Coordinating with internal teams (accounts, purchase) for on time delivery of shipments.

4. Entering purchase invoices and vouchers into TALLY prime.

5. Generating tax invoices.

Requirements

1. Experience 0-2 years. Freshers are welcomed to come for the interview as complete training of tasks (1-3) will be provided after joining. They will be judged for the following skills.

2. Must be good with numbers.

3. TALLY Prime proficiency required.

4. English fluency required.

5. MS Excel and MS Word proficiency required.

6. Candidate should gave good email writing skills.

Job details:

1. Pay scale: 16-20k per month, depending on experience and skills.

2. For freshers, there will be a probation period of 3 months, where the candidate will be judged upon the ability to learn and other software proficiency skills.

3. Working hours: 9:30am-6:30pm (mon-sat)

4. Job location: Wazirpur Industrial Area, Delhi-110052
