B.com with 2 years of experience in Leading Automobile Dealership in Trichur as Accounts Assistant cum Cashier in Leading Service Center/ Authorised Automobile workshops.

Preference will be given to candidates residing in Trichur town.

As an Accounts Assistant cum Cashier, you will play a crucial role in managing daily financial transactions and assisting in the overall accounting functions of the organization. You will ensure accurate processing of payments, receipts, and financial records.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cash register and ensure all transactions are recorded.
• Assist in accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice processing.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.
• Reconcile cash and bank statements.
• Support month-end closing procedures.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding payments and account balances.
• Maintain filing systems for financial documents and records.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in accounting or cashiering roles.
• Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
