We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Account Assistant to join our accounting team. As an Account Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting our accounting department by performing various administrative and clerical tasks. Your primary responsibilities will include maintaining financial records, preparing invoices, assisting with payroll processing, and reconciling bank statements. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of basic accounting principles and proficiency in accounting software.
Responsibilities:
• Assist in day-to-day operations of the accounting department.
• Process invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
• Prepare and submit customer invoices.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve any discrepancies.
• Handle inquiries from vendors, clients, and internal departments regarding invoices, payments, and general accounting matters.
• Maintain accurate and organized financial records and documents.
• Support month-end and year-end close processes.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Proven experience as an Account Assistant, Accounting Assistant, or in a similar role.
• Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g.MS Excel).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?22,000.00 per month
