Job Description



We are seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant to join our team. As an Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for managing our accounting operations, including invoicing, reconciliation, and financial record-keeping.

Responsibilities



Prepare and send invoices to customers Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records Assist with budgeting and forecasting Perform other accounting duties as needed Coordinating with sales and logistics team

Requirements



Graduate degree in Commerce or related field 1+ year of experience in accounting, preferably in invoicing and reconciliation Tally qualification (ERP 9 or later versions) Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications



Residents of Aluva, Kerala Experience working in a similar industry
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
