Job Description

• Duties
• Accurately enter financial transactions into accounting software.
• Maintain and update financial records.
• Invoice Management:
• Process accounts payable and receivable.
• Verify, allocate, and post details of business transactions.
• Reconciliation:
• Perform bank and account reconciliations.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies.
• Reporting:
• Assist in the preparation of financial reports.
• Provide support during audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations.

Purchasing Duties:

• Order Processing:
• Prepare and process purchase orders.
• Ensure timely and accurate order placement.
• Vendor Management:
• Maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors.
• Negotiate terms and prices with suppliers.
• Inventory Control:
• Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as necessary.
• Coordinate with warehouse staff to manage stock levels.
• Documentation:
• Maintain accurate records of purchases and inventory.
• Ensure all purchasing activities are properly documented.

Administrative Support:

• Communication:
• Liaise between finance and purchasing departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Handle inquiries from suppliers and vendors.
• Record Keeping:
• Organize and maintain files and records.
• Assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Experience:

• 1-2 years of experience in accounting or purchasing roles.
• Familiarity with accounting software and procurement processes.

Skills:

• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Working Conditions:

• Office environment with standard working hours.
• May require occasional overtime during peak periods.

Additional Information:

• This position may require occasional travel for vendor meetings or training sessions or approval collection
• Two-wheeler is must for the candidate for occasional travel.

Pay: ?5,000.00 - ?13,000.00 per month
