Position Overview:
The Accounts and Project Finance Manager will play a crucial role in managing financial operations and project financing for Vyomaa Energy\'s solar energy projects. This individual will be responsible for overseeing accounts payable and receivable, financial reporting, budgeting, and securing financing for solar projects. The Accounts and Project Finance Manager will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to support the company\'s growth and success. Key Responsibilities: Financial Management
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable processes, including invoicing, billing, and collections.
  • Reconcile financial statements and bank accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
  • Prepare and analyze financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
  • Assist in budget preparation and monitoring, tracking expenses and variances against budgeted targets.
Project Financing
  • Research and identify project financing opportunities, including grants, loans, tax incentives, and equity investments.
  • Prepare financing proposals and business plans to secure funding for solar energy projects.
  • Coordinate with financial institutions, investors, and government agencies to negotiate financing terms and agreements.
  • Monitor project budgets and financial performance, ensuring compliance with financing requirements and project milestones.
Accounting Operations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records using accounting software.
  • Process vendor invoices and employee expense reports in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Implement internal controls and procedures to safeguard company assets and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Coordinate with external auditors and tax advisors for annual audits and tax filings.
Team Collaboration
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project development and implementation.
  • Serve as a liaison between the finance department and project teams, providing financial guidance and support.
  • Provide training and support to team members on financial processes and procedures.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or project finance roles, preferably in the renewable energy or related industry.
  • Proficiency in accounting software Zoho books and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time Pay: 24,136.84 - 55,506.92 per month Benefits:
