We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our organization in India as an Accounts and HR manager. This role combines the responsibilities of managing financial records and processes, as well as providing HR support. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in accounting principles and practices, along with knowledge of human resources functions. Maintain and manage financial records, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Conduct regular analysis of financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, legal regulations, and company policies.
Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial projections.
Monitor and reconcile bank statements, credit card statements, and other financial transactions.
Assist in the preparation of tax returns and liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and other stakeholders as required.
HR Responsibilities:
Assist in the recruitment and selection process by posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
Coordinate employee onboarding, including preparing employment contracts, conducting orientations, and facilitating the completion of required paperwork.
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Administer employee benefits programs and respond to employee inquiries regarding benefits, leaves, and policies.
Assist in the payroll process, including collecting and verifying timesheets, calculating salaries, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements.
