Job Description

Financial Planning and Analysis:Develop and implement financial strategies, plans, and policies to meet the organization\'s objectives.
Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations for improvement.
Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial reports. Financial Reporting:Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements in accordance with accounting standards.
Communicate financial results to management and stakeholders.
Monitor and analyze variances between budgeted and actual results. Cash Management:Oversee cash flow planning and ensure the availability of funds as needed.
Manage banking relationships and transactions.
Monitor and control expenses to optimize cash utilization. Accounting:Supervise the accounting team in day-to-day operations.
Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
Oversee the preparation of general ledger entries and reconciliation of accounts. Risk Management:Identify and assess financial risks and implement strategies to mitigate them.
Stay informed about changes in financial regulations and compliance requirements. Internal Controls:Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement. Tax Management:Coordinate with tax consultants and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
Optimize the organization\'s tax position and minimize tax liabilities. Team Leadership:Provide leadership and guidance to the finance and accounting team.
Foster a culture of accountability, professionalism, and continuous improvement. Financial Software and Systems:Stay abreast of technological advancements in financial software and systems.
Implement and optimize financial systems to improve efficiency and accuracy. Strategic Planning:Collaborate with executive management in making strategic financial decisions.
Provide financial insights and support in evaluating potential business opportunities. Communication:Communicate financial information effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
