The main purpose of this role is to co-ordinate and provide all the required documents and explanation to the query for the Due Diligence activity. This candidature is the focal point of responsibility, Authority, and accountability for all financial activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Co-ordinating and providing data for Due Diligence
• Scrutiny of General Ledger and Sub Ledger
• Assist in preparing monthly MIS (P&L and Balance sheet) and notes on accounts
• Assist in preparing Financial Statement in alignment with Statutory auditor
• Co-ordinating with CA and Statutory Auditor
• Providing documents to bank for BOE settlement
• GST Return Filing-Monthly and Annually
• Verifying and reconciling GSTR 2A, Electronic ledger, Cash Ledger and our books of accounts
• TDS Return Filing
• All other return Filing in coordination with CA
• Conducting stock audits in coordination with the supply chain and ensuring stocks are matching on a day-to-day basis
• Reconciliation of Material Balancing
• Reconciliation of all Manufacturing vendors, Debtors and other vendors, etc.,
• Obtaining confirmation of balance quarterly from all vendors and customers.
• Any other activity assigned from time to time.

Desired Qualification
•

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Finance is required.
• 2-5 years of experience is this field is required.
• Must have hands on experience on Microsoft Advance Excel and MIS Automation.
• Proficient in handling large database.

Pay: ?9,528.93 - ?27,949.06 per month
