Job Title: Accounts and Admin ExecutiveLocation: OmanJob Summary:We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounts and Admin Executive to manage and oversee our company\'s day-to-day operations in Oman. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Tally, finance, and HR practices.Key Responsibilities:

  • Record and manage all financial transactions using Tally software.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Reconcile bank statements and manage accounts payable and receivable.
  • Handle petty cash, maintain the cashbook, and prepare payroll.
  • Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
  • Manage employee records and administer benefits.
  • Handle employee queries and coordinate training programs.
  • Assist in recruitment processes, job postings, screening, and interviews.
  • Perform general HR duties, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Oversee general office operations and administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in finance, administration, and HR functions.
  • Proficiency in Tally and MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of Omani labor laws and regulations is an advantage.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
