Job Description

• Financial Administration:
• Assist in budget preparation and expense tracking.
• Handle petty cash and process invoices and reimbursements.
• Coordinate with the finance department to ensure timely payment of bills and expenses.
• Office Management:
• Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as needed to ensure adequate stock levels.
• Coordinate maintenance and repair of office equipment, facilities, and utilities.
• Administrative Support:
• Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
• Prepare and distribute internal communications, such as memos, emails, and announcements.
• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
• Records Management:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases.
• Ensure the confidentiality and security of sensitive information.
• Manage the filing system, both physical and digital, and ensure documents are easily accessible.
• Coordination and Liaison:
• Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Liaise with various departments to facilitate communication and collaboration.
• Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in an administrative or office management role.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and office management software.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.

Working Conditions:

• This role typically operates in an office environment.
• Standard working hours are from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with occasional overtime as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?15,803.99 - ?25,255.06 per month
