Responsibilities:
• Handle accounts payable and receivable functions, including invoice processing, payment processing, and reconciliation.
• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare financial reports as needed.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Coordinate with external auditors for annual audits.
• Ensure compliance with relevant tax laws and regulations.
• Manage office administration tasks, including office supplies, maintenance, and facilities management.
• Coordinate travel arrangements, visas, and accommodations for employees.
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Handle general administrative duties, such as filing, photocopying, and mail distribution.
• Provide administrative support to the management team.
Qualifications & Skills Required:
• Must have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and a relatable educational background.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally).
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Work Hours:
Monday to Friday : 9:30am to 7:00pm
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?10,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
