Accounting SpecialistPosition Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Indian Accounting Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in Indian accounting principles, standards, and regulations. They will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.Responsibilities: * Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and bank reconciliations.

• Prepare and analyze financial statements in accordance with IGAAP.
• Ensure compliance with all statutory requirements, including TDS, GST, and other tax filings.
• Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audits and assist in the preparation of audit schedules and documentation.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and monitor cash flows to ensure liquidity and financial stability.
• Stay updated on changes in Indian accounting standards, regulations, and tax laws and ensure compliance with new requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes, systems, and controls.
• Handle any ad hoc accounting tasks and projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications: * Bachelor\'s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. CPA, CA, or equivalent certification preferred.

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in accounting, preferably in a multinational company or accounting firm.
• In-depth knowledge of Indian accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally ERP, SAP, or QuickBooks.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• High level of integrity and commitment to confidentiality.
