Colt provides network, voice and data centre services to thousands of businesses around the world, allowing them to focus on delivering their business goals instead of the underlying infrastructure.Job ID: 35110Job Level: PT2 Core/ AdvanceJob Location: GurgaonFunction: Finance (CFO)Employment Type: PermanentWorking Pattern: HybridWhy we need this role:As a finance analyst you will provide accurate and data-based information on company's profitability, solvency, stability and liquidity to help the company make well informed decisions, write reports and monitor financial movements.What you will do:Performing financial accounting, analysis and reportingEnsures accurate accounting in compliance with group policies and carries out monthly, quarterly and annual closing activities including sub-ledger closingPreparation of manual journal postings, finalization of Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and reconciliations, Variance analysis and commentariesConsolidating financial data (for example budgets, income statement forecasts etc) and analyzing against Colt's financial goals to identify pain points and opportunitiesProviding recommendations to reduce costs and improve financial performance, in line with strategic objectivesAssembling and summarizing data, providing reporting on Colt's financial status and existing / potential risksWhat we're looking for:A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance or Accounting or a relevant field.1 to 6 years of experience in Accounting & ReportingConduct process analysis, working with senior colleagues to drive continuous improvementSkillsFinancial ModelingProcess ImprovementFinancial ReportingFinancial AnalysisBenchmarkingAccounting MethodsAccounting Best PracticesEducationA bachelor's or master's degree in Finance or Accounting or a relevant fieldWhat we offer you:Looking to make a mark?At Colt, you'll make a difference.
