Role purpose
Responsible for supporting the activities of the department by performing assigned duties like accounting, vendor management, and documentation.
Roles & responsibilities
• Preparing and issuing of Purchase Orders, Contracts, etc.
• To review all payments are in line with the Authority Matrix, Purchase Order, and Contract.
• To process all employees and vendor claims on time and ensure recording of transactions under right account head and proper withholding of tax.
• To Manage Day to Day accounts in accounts in Peoplesoft and Tally
• To complete all documents and get necessary approvals for the same
• To co-ordinate with the authorities and resolve issues/ non-compliances if any
• Preparing and Filing of all Compliances like TDS payments, Service Tax returns, PF and P Tax payments, etc.
• To manage Petty cash for office.
• To prepare the statement of accounts, profit and loss account, Balance sheet and Cash flow statement.
• Assist in Tax filings and replies to queries for Tax Departments.
• Assist in preparing Tax submissions and responding to Tax notices
• To Liaise with Bankers and go to the Banks for necessary submissions.
• To draft & review vendor contracts as per company policies
• To prepare and file financial statements on time
• To prepare Bank reconciliation statements.
• To prepare and send the Charge out details to various Properties and Head office.
• To prepare Debit notes/ invoices to be issued to properties
• To prepare and submit reports on time as required by management
• To complete self-appraisal on time
• To perform any other duties as assigned by the management

• B Com Graduate or similar qualification
Prior Experience
• 3 to 4 years of industry experience
• Previous experience in multinational Companies.
